Meet the team
Who are we, and what could we possibly tell you about the intersection of business and Gen Z?
The three of us met two years ago when Ethan invited Arasmus Industries (Ben and Eric) to speak on a panel at the University of Denver about the journey of young entrepreneurs. To start, we’re all Gen Z. Growing up in this generation has given us a unique perspective on the behaviors of our peers—both socially and in business.
We’ve been launching businesses since high school, experiencing both successes and failures along the way. Through it all, we’ve gained invaluable insights into what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to engaging Gen Z. We don’t just study the trends—we live them.
We would love to bring our expertise and fresh perspective to your business, helping you connect with Gen Z in meaningful and effective ways!
We want to be the most effective team you ever collaborate with.

Hi, I’m Ben! I’m a senior at the Colorado School of Mines, studying mining engineering—but you might be wondering why a mining engineer is working as a business consultant. The answer is simple: mining and business have a lot in common. Both require assessing risk, developing a plan, and executing with precision—and that’s exactly what I do for businesses.
Entrepreneurship has been a passion of mine since high school. I’ve developed mining communication hardware and software currently being tested at the Edgar Mine, led a research lab exploring how mushrooms could extract ore on the moon, and built an enterprise resource planning system for rock climbing gyms. I’ve also gained hands-on industry experience as a mining engineer at Cargill and a process engineer at Orbital Mining Corporation.
I thrive in data-driven environments and am excited for the opportunity to help your business grow!

Hi, I’m Ethan! I’m a third-year communications student at the University of Denver with a passion for creating engaging content and unique marketing strategies.
Entrepreneurship has always been part of my journey. Growing up in Miami, I started by selling necklaces and photography packages to beachgoers. In college, I founded Watr Laundry, an on-demand wash-and-fold service for students, which I later sold. I also launched 103st, a platform that connects startup founders with funding opportunities. As president of DU’s entrepreneurship club, I fostered a community of learning and open-minded collaboration among students.
I love innovation and storytelling, and I’m excited to bring creative solutions to every project I take on!

Hi, I’m Eric! I’m a serial entrepreneur with a background in design, operations, and marketing. My passion lies in solving problems, and entrepreneurship has always been my outlet for innovation.
I started my first business in high school—a streetwear brand that helped me win DECA State. In college, I developed a dating app designed to combat catfishing with daily user posts, an insurance platform for college credit reimbursement, and a sensor technology system that optimizes waste collection by tracking municipal trash can levels in real time.
I thrive at bringing great design to both products and marketing materials, ensuring they stand out and make an impact!
